I feel blah because I didn't sleep much last night because I had to pick up a friend because his car broke down 2 hours from here, ugh! I got home at about 9 AM and went to sleep for 5 hours.

aww im sorry to hear u didnt sleep well last night.. take a benadryl and u will be able to sleep all night and in the morning u will feel better! :)
 
my god daughter spend with us this weekend.. she is so excited and play with Lulu!
 
I found a dead baby raccoon on the side of the road today.. poor thing.. but guess there is a family nearby.. yikes.. i need to set a trap.. they eat with my cats? :ekk3:

TJ is sick with colds and fever.. he dont feel good.. poor kid.. i guess we will not go swimming.. it sucks.. :(

We overslept this morning. Wow! ha now we are waiting on my soon to be ex hubby to bring my couch here. Nice of him, huh? then afterwards TJ and I will go to Conway as they have Petsmart to get harness for Socks and food bowl for her and Hercules. Their bowl broke. So i have been using the regular bowl for them but its not theirs? ha. Cant wait to get out of here. :)
 
Well I just got bac from an afternoon of shopping for a wireless router - I finally found one that was reverse compatible with WinME (my dads computer) and Vista (my laptop) - I get home and realize its not going to work for two reasons (1) We have a USB DSL Modem (meaning it hooks up via USB and not phone cable from the computer to the modem) and (2) We do not have telephone port on our computer to reconfigure the modem settings from USB to LAN.

Not only that I am absolutely sick of having to constantly retrofit my dads computer because he's too damn stubborn to upgrade to at least xp (which is now outdated to Vista). Im fed up and sick of it altogether. I have decided Im going to take this extra cash Ive got lying around and go buy them a new computer for their anniversary (which isnt until November). They dont want a new computer - well tough f-ing luck - YOURE GETTING ONE, BE HAPPY!! They said dont go buy us a new computer just because your's doesnt work. I said mine works fine - youre is too outdated for my mental well-being. When they get back from their Wally-world run - Im going back up there and getting one of those basic towers with Vista Home Basic come home and get the blasted thing set up for them. I think once they get one and use it they will realize that upgrades are a GOOD thing! For what they do - they dont need alot of computer. Dad does mostly email, internet, and basic word processing. Mom does mainly internet and occassionally we use Excel for her spreadsheets which is once in a blue moon. If we need Excel I can easily hook the old comp up and use it strictly for that. Im getting them one whether or not they like it - yet they are buying themselves a flat screen TV for their anniversary. I could slap em both on the back of the head and still not feel satisfied.

Im done ranting - for now.

Too bad for your parents..lol.. they will have to accept it..ha at least its for their annivesary? so nice of u! heh.. at least they will be glad to have upgraded puter than the old one. they will realize this in long run so dont worry.. :)
 
My coach's car broke down today and I was there to help ..
 
I didnt go to Wally World last night as it was 10pm and by then the police would have already set up roadblocks to catch drunk drivers (which I did not want to deal with). I may sneak over their later this week if I get off work early just go get the damn thing, come home, get it set up then put the old comp up where they cant find it. When dad goes to use it he'll be like - WTF? This is not our computer.

Yeah it is old man - everything's been set up from your email right down to the wireless broadband sharing capabilities. Just shut up and use it, dont make me have to slap you into the next county. :lol:
 
Nice and cool outside yesterday. I learned alittle with bass guitar quite difficult my son showed me how to play yesterday. We had fun with my kids on Golden Corral and then theater movie. Stardust and Balls of Fury movies
