Im looking at the websites to find more apts so Sequoias and I could find an apt to be in the middle of my job and his job so it will be more easier ;)
 
Shit... I will have 5 to 7 vacations this year but I don't know if my boss would approve all of them... But 5 vacations is important to be show up reasons is Wedding & Birthdays, two is for being vacation and taking the break from everything.

WOW! that's a lot of vacation! :) Maybe you and your boss can work out with schedules? Sometimes it does help!

Welcome, it does happen to other employees who change their shift, also I have wait for 4 month to left, also probation will be end in next month and doing my evaluation tomorrow. I would check out if raise more salaries, that doing well...

What kind of problem that you have for your back?

Because my mom have bad back, she had that since she was in her 20's. She did not give up and continue work until she retires, she's still working right now and every time when she comes to home with bad back, she acts like she's old woman during she walk and her back will be bend to calm it down.. I felt bad for her, her job is Janitor/cleaning people's houses/working at the warehouses... Yes three jobs. So I wonder what kind because maybe you have same as my mom have or different... So, I could help you to find right jobs or whatever like that if you like it.
