I'm pretty sure we have big turkey for thanksgiving, homemade turkey gravy, rice, sweet potatos, mash potato, green beans, corns, stuffing, cranberry, peas, devil eggs, cheese and crackers, grapes, carrots, collards, yams, wine, pumkpin pie and apple pie blah blah and so much more lol I think I know I will be full by one plate! LOL

A new friend of mine said he can make pumpkin cobbler. Now, doesn't THAT sound wonderful! HMMM.

I don't know what I will make but I will definitely plan with my grandma and dad. Last year in Norway I made all the thanksgiving food for 12 peeps or so.. *pant*.. homemade pumpkin pies (no canned pumpkin pie filling or other pie fillings in Norway) from whole pumpkin, blueberry pie (handpicked blueberries from yard), chocolate mousse with vanilla sauce, mashed potatoes, bearnaise & gravy sauces, cranberry jam that replaces the jellied cranberry (none in Norway), corn on the cob, peas, salad, bread, smoked salmon, rice, and a big turkey with homemade stuffing (no storebought stuffing in Norway), made of cooked chicken stock chopped toast, butter, italian seasoning and sliced apple/green grapes. I had to prepare food two days in advance so I would only cook a few dishes and the turkey on thanksgiving day. Yes, I can cook. :P

Fried Fish
Crawfish (Lobster)
Peas n Rice
Bake Macaroni n Cheese
Cole Slaw
