I was stuck beteen famine and diseases and then I decided to go with diseases because those are harder to get rid of by human power. We can get rid of famine, but to get rid of all cancer, obesity, mental disorders, viruses, bacteria, etc etc etc,we would have to work a lot more than getting fodd to 7 billion people.
 
Definitely diseases. Have had enough with deaths in the family and friends. They were all so young. Not fair. Definitely cure the diseases.
 
I chose family issues. Especially in regards to child abuse. If we can't heal children or provide a safe environment for children, then we will really get no where at all.
