What will you guys be for halloween?

I think I'll dress up as Lady Gaga again this year.
it was a blast to do last year!

I don't dress up for Halloween, but rather I go completely over the top with my own personal style of clothing. Usually I wear an all black suit with a hot red tie with my hair in a mohawk.

Not sure what you call that, but for me, it's something over the top. This year I might sculpt my hair into devil horns and go with the usual suit, just add a red devil tail of some sort. I don't much like masks or face paint, plus I'm already pretty pale looking anyways.

I will have to buy the 3 bags of candy before Halloween start. I will plan to give them away unless run out before start watching more horror movies and turn off all of the lights. One of my favorite horror movie "13 Ghosts" that I love to watching many times.

Do you know the history of Halloween from Celts? If I am wrong. Let me know, please. It is very interesting history but suggest you go check at google if you want to know.

When I teach water aerobics near Halloween, I wear devil horn hair barrettes for class. When people say "I like your horns", I put on my best blank face and say "what horns"?

What do you think of there being a Halloween costume of
"Whitey" Bulger, who is a former organized crime figure from Boston, Massachusetts . You can buy an orange prison jumpsuit with "Whitey" name on the back and it come with handcuffs!

Found out what I will be for Halloween that we don't celebrate. MIL decorates to the hilt for the holiday, but I get to man the door. Here, we have over 300 people that come by. Back home in Missouri, we had maybe 10. Quite a difference. Due to my cats, I will sit out on the porch and not have the doorbell go off all the time. Cats are scared of it totally and Tink just about had a heart attack yesterday.

Wear a scarecrow outfit and sit still and then spook everyone who comes. Including your MIL.

I know. I know. I was being rather mean. Didn't mean to. Just that Kristina has posted horror stories of her MIL. But I should know better! Sorry, Kristina!

You guys crack me up!! Actually - I will be dressed up as a Zombie. Hubby got the costume from someone at work. She lost a lot of weight and passed it on to me. When I lose the weight, I will pass it on as well. Got the make-up today and will see how I can wear it and not have my skin break out with hives.

I would think the skin breaking out in hives would be pretty scary... just saying. :giggle:

Do not know yet but probably go to party and dress up in something racy.

Son is 16 on Hallowe'en. Yep, a *real* trick he was. :giggle:

Been celebrating his 'birthday month' for 17 days now.

He say to me yesterday he will have two costume. A storm trooper like from Star Wars and a Ghost Buster.

Found the next-size-up Darth Vader jumpsuit @ Goodwill, so DS is happily going to continue his Sith lord costume streak.

I found a scarecrow costume for me (also at Goodwill).

Thrift shops around here have lots of new and used costumes. Savers (Value Village) probably has the best new selection. I'm too lazy to make anything, like my mom did for me, so I'm happy about this!

I'll probably just be the grouchy, old lady who hands out the candy. :giggle:
