Enjoy.....or not.

Turkey stuffed with goose, chicken, duck, bacon....then stuffed into a pig for more cooking. The ultimate meat laden Thanksgiving holiday.
 
I did the cooking.....Turkey & Ham, potato salad, mac & cheese, collards, broccoli & cheese, corn on the cob (fresh), deviled eggs, rolls & Tea.
For desserts I made a strawberry cheese cake, banana pudding & brownies with walnuts.

We're all stuffed.....it was a hot day! 81 degrees, so I had to open all my doors, so hot in the kitchen....Going back for seconds later tonight.

Hope everyone's Turkey Day was awesome!
 
We had turkey, deep fried in an outdoor propane cooker.

We had spiral ham with glaze, green bean casserole, apple-yam-marshmallow-bake, rolls, macaroni and cheese (my daughter makes from scratch in slow cooker), traditional stuffing with mushrooms and giblets, gravy, and cranberry jelled salad.

For dessert, we had pumpkin pie, Dutch apple pie, and no-bake fudge (my daughter made).

We fry two small turkeys instead of one big one. We eat one on Thanksgiving Day, and give the other one to my daughter's family to take home for leftovers. (With her husband and two teenage sons, it doesn't last too long.) Also, more drummies with two turkeys. :lol:

However, we arent spending Thanksgiving with his family due to some reasons.

My hubby took the day off yesterday and made over 10 or so dishes along with turkey and broiled pork. We will eat at 5PM so I am not sure what he has made since he wont show me!

I am making my famous green bean casserole since my friend loves it.

We are having dinner with my brother, his girlfriend, and my friends (TheWriteAlex..you met them! :))

We had a budget thanksgiving - We had two Jennie-O White and Dark Turkey & Gravy in roasting pans, top stove low sodium chicken stuffing, and Safeway low sodium gravies and Hawaiian sweet rolls... That's it!!!!
 
smoked wild turkey, green bean casserole, stuffing, cornbread, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole with walnuts, and pumpkin pie.

Next year, I am going to make everything from scratch and add some venison in the meal.
 
I went to east TN to see my relative and it took 5 hours to drive then other 5 hours to drive back to home.

I ate turkey, dressing, green beans, black eyed peas, cheese n mac casserole and rolls.

att network sucks in there and got GPRS speed, however iPhone usually display GPRS as E so easy to confuse if it was EDGE or GPRS. Everything that use data is useless, except for light web and IM.
