What was the last movie you watched?

Blast From the Past. I bought the DVD for my dad and the look on his face is similar to 5 years old boy's reaction when he open the best birthday present. It's his favorite. I watched this many times when it came out and it's still pretty good today. The dance he did in the girl's living room had me laughing.

I also watch Re-Animator. It's not bad but less better than I expected. The DVD artwork is fucking awesome though! (80s horror movies always have the best artwork cover)

I haven't seen it, but I was surprised to hear about the actress in this movie. She's the same one who played City of Ember and Hanna.

That's pretty cool. I didn't know about it, but I do know there is a similar fact about The King of Queens. There is an actor named Mookie Barker who played over ten (maybe 14 to be exact) different characters throughout the show; most of his characters are pretty weird.

I've never seen any Star Trek except the one directed by J.J. Abrams, though.

It says that it is based on a true story. It is an emotional movie.

Sky lantern is what it called that you mentioned about a candle in the white cover.

Oh, I can't believe I forgot about that movie. I remember wanting to check it out but then it just disappeared from my mind. Thanks for mentioning it!
 
With all talking about time traveling - saw Japanese movie called Time Traveller. It's not bad movie but enjoyed the storyline.

I'm not sure if it's similar with Anime called "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" (which I haven't seen before).
 
it seems with Fringe being popular on TV, time travelling films are getting more creative? i wonder
 
By Fringe? I dunno... Time travel has been popular along science fiction writer for years.
