What type of TV do you own?

I have three TVs -- a 27 inch Hitachi that is 10 years old, a 13 inch Sony that is 6 years old and a Panasonic AM/FM/TV/cassette boombox from 1982 (which still works perfectly to this day). :)

I have a 32" Hitachi LCD TV and been happy with it. Movies, like from HBO and the XBox 360 look awesome on it. I also have a 7 year old 24" Sony and 33 yr old 12" black and white that still works perfectly!

KimmiKat's post reminded me that I also have a B&W Sony Watchman TV from 1979-1980. (The Sony Watchman was a small handheld portable TV that you could carry with you.) Knock on wood, it still works.

Now that I think of it, my 1982 Panasonic AM/FM/TV/cassette boombox might also be B&W, but since I can't see it, I don't know for sure. :)

KimmiKat,

Off-topic...

Are you into ham radio by any chance? Just curious given your signature of 73's...

We have a 52 inch RCA HDTV, 32 inch regular Samsung...

I have HDTV, Sony SXRD XBR2 60 inches, 1080P. Got it before Christmas.

I got it really lucky that store set up wrong price. I printed it out before they changed the price. Plus I used my work discount 10 percent. I saved over 1400 dollars. It should be same price as HDTV with 720p. I have been monitoring on that television for several months and it got very good reviews. That's why I bought this.

I have one 19" Emerson from the year 1994 model: it with great captioning in my bedroom with DVD player, PS2 and Gamecube.

And our living have 27" RCA from the year 2004 model, it not bad captioning
because only middle and right captioning, not on the left side for captioning because small captioning, but yet, captioning is great.

And my mother's bedroom have 20" Maganvox like RCA captioning same above
like RCA. That's all done! I don't have HDTV yet, because I can't afford
it or them for HDTV until 2 years away, then those HDTV prices will be down
for us to be able afford to get a new one. :)

I own a 21" Emerson television from 1988. It still works wonderfully! :)

My fiance told me this

The bigger and biggest TV you get, your electricity bills goes up, We owned a 32 or a 36 inches that is it, nothing over it.

Having a bigger Tv isn't worth it!!!

Well, it's not true if you using LCD.

If you using LCD then you save alot of $$$$ from electricity bill.

1080p is good fit on bigger HDTV, that why.
