What kind of floor you have in your house/apartment

I own house, and *IF* I have enough money, I'd replace these stupid carpet with real solid red oak hardwood planks!!! And for kitchen, I love ceramic tiles! Same goes to bathroom. But none of em got it. Litholum floor sucks!!! arrrggghhh!!! Can't wait to get enough money.
I finally replace the landling floor that faces front door with Hextagon tiles, used to have marble! STUPID!!! Why would previous owner put marble in there! Perfect stage for accident caused by wet shoe mix with snow... perfect recipe for disaster! Now it is not as smooth like marble!

Don´t worry, DHB... Take time until you has money then....

We have carpets everywhere and cermaic tiles at downstair and PVC floor at kitchen for over 12 years (1988 to 2000). We saved up for years to have our house extention. We did at last to fulfill our wish in 2000 to extend wintergarden, mud-room and porch in 2000, then rid carpets, PVC and tiles into laimated floor in every rooms, marble floor for hallway, from basement to 2nd floor and cermaic tiles for kitchen and mud-room, alot of renovation work, new wallpapers, plastic wall, etc.

Oh ok. I got it now. :D Thanks Leibling.
Yea it is a nice one I like it. I was gotta put that on my walkway from my driveway to the step but I changed my mind cuz I may be looking for a house so it aint worth to put it in if the park manager gotta buy my mobile home. He does that to get rid of the old one and bring in the new one. I have seen it every where in my mobile home park. HUH!!

Well the house MizzDeaf owns and that we live in with five cats - has a schoizd personality...all different kinds of floors.

Living room is wood floor - varnished.

Kitchen - cheap, thin tile - poor job. MizzDeaf and I plan to rip the floor up and lay new tile later.

Hall - wood - varnished.

Bathroom - good tile floor.

Blue room - New white carpet.

Pink room - New gray & pink carpet.

Green room - old blue carpet (go figure, the previous owner only replaced two carpets, but not this one...*smh*)

Basement - all good quality tile floor. Will lay throw rugs after basement is completely remodeled.
