patheic landlord...
I am a software engineer for Astronautics. I've been working there for over 2 months already. I just graduated from Arizona State University last December.

I dont have a job now but Im seeking deaf-owned home based businesses. I heard alot about Melabuddies and it is very good. I think I will join them. Any feedback?
lol not really, I have to pay for the monthly payment on the property and I even live on that property. It's just that it's something I don't want to be, it's kinda long story.
LOL that's what I said. If there is nobody under you buying then your money stops coming. So TJ, please don't tell me you stop buying, the money stops coming. That is not true. Only if there is NOBODY under you buying. Put in a good foundation and get rolling.
Yep! This is pretty much what I said in the above post.Research all you want. This is not the only business people can make money. Choose any business you like. Up to you.
Yes, I know it can be difficult to be a Landlord. Sorry about this.
But remember, you don't have to do it forever!
Hi there, DeafTJ, you are wrong. MelaBuddies is NOT an MLM program. I wouldn't have gotten myself into this business if it was a MLM program, not at all.Melabuddies is an MLM program, which is fine with that. There are truly legitimate MLM programs. However, a 'business' like this is very hard to succeed at. You need to bother your friends and family (and sometimes strangers) to sign up under you or you won't make any money.
We are NOT pushing anyone to purchase, not at all. It's all about recruitment.
The minute the people under you stop (or get tired of) buying, you stop getting money. (Assuming that you can get people to buy the Mela products in the first place).
Also, there is really no way to retire from this type of business. The minute you stop pushing others to purchase these products, the minute your income drops/dissolves.
Again, IF you can get people to purchase it.
We have never said it was a Get Rich Quick scheme. Show me where we have said it?The Mela products are EXCELLENT, however, you have to pay them a set $$$ fee every month (or order your own products from them up to a set fee, and so do your friends when they sign up under you)
Can I suggest you strongly do you research for other home-based businesses out there, and avoid the Get Rich Quick mentality.
There are lots of opportunities out there, without spending not one dime.
If you do it correctly.
I do hope this helps. I hate to see other Deaf get scammed, disappointed, and downright suckered.
Hey Island Breeze,
Thanks for your post and keeping it factual.
I try. When you have people under you, and they end up ordering. There is a 96 percent reorder rate. Of course, people drop out. Yet, with an reorder rate like that, you are going to get paid on everyone's orders! Look at us, we are getting paid on everyone's orders.
You were doing the same rebuttals to Tracie, and she has done her best trying to explain everything to you. I am glad she did that. I have tried to explain everything. You seem very against this......so suit yourself. Do what you want to do, and we each will do what we want to do.
No, I don't believe you but let's agree not to disagree.
Mela is registered with the BBB. I can go on and on about the fine points of this company. Again, agree to disagree and move on.
I am betting this post will go zoom within the hour!

That's the part I hate. I don't like bothering friends or strangers or even relatives to join. It's not traditional.
Again, it is NOT a MLM program and we do not bother people to join. It is up to people whether or not they want to join. We do not push or force them to join. I hate MLM programs too
This is because you have to purchase a certain amount of products a month. There is a 96 percent reorder rate.
