My de stress is
Used to Ride my Late Horse (bless his heart he never woke up again on 16th Jan 2009) it was a perfect therapy.
Walking my dog (even it's just for 10 mins a good brisk walk and fresh air helps)
Long walks (again with dog) Listening to my IPod as well.
I live near the ocean so I love walking by the ocean.

Latest top DVD, candles, a glass of good wine and chocolates.
Recently i had 2 weeks ski holiday, i was completely destressed.... when i got back all those damn worries is back.
