I don't know how to spell them but Vetitinias and Kasha are two traditional family foods I wouldn't want to live without.

My fiance is Hungarian and has introduced me to Hungarian food. I made Chicken Papikash and Galuska... I problem spelled that wrong, but it's basically chicken in a delicious broth that's made and then the Galuska are these little dumpling noodles made from scratch using a spatuela which makes the shape of the noodles... SO GOOD AND FILLING
