For me, chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs and chocolate donuts. ;)

Corned beef hash broiled in round slices, hard poached eggs in a triangle shape, square toast.

1960's autistic kid's perfect breakfast.

I have one of those antiques Mirro egg poachers, so can still eat this meal today.

- Denver Omelets- or omelet with cheese, mushroom, green pepper (red pepper too) and onion.
- French toast (haven't had that in a while)
- Capt'n Crunch (sue me...;) )
- Chocolate glazed donuts (but I'll eat those any time :)
- strawberry jam filled sugar donuts (see above).

Pancakes with sunny side up eggs and side of homestyle potatoes and coffee.

oatmeal with almond or cashew milk, raw honey, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, flax on top, with a hard boiled egg.

My breakfast diet include

1.oatmeal
2.omelette I eat at ihop
3.french toast (not often) just once per day when I eat at IHOP
4.toast with butter but no jelly because of sugar till after surgery
5.plain eggs but no fried eggs till after surgery
6.plain coffee with equal sugar or Splenda sugar options but truva sugar I never try that I'm so nervous!!
7.no coffee cream till after surgery because of calories
8.no hash browns till after surgery
9.sausage links (but my dog drool for that trust me!)
10.bagel with butter but no cream cheese till after surgery

My plans get weight loss surgery and I'm change my chapter what I eat

Swedish pancakes are the best! A couple of eggs with link sausages. OMG. Boing! :afro:

Grilled chicken fajita omelette and side of biscuits 'n gravy. Just not a fan of the sweet stuff, unlike my daughter!
