What is the different between Best friend and good friend?

Best friend is your other half.

Good friend is someone you talk to when you're in trouble. Someone to trust.
 
I have a few good friends but no best friend...i feel that i'm not really trusted or respectful or anything...oh well.

of course i treat everyone equal and give them the respect they deserve and stuff like that
