Corel Website Creator X6 or Dreamweaver or Coffeecup or what else?
 
Dreamweaver is a pain to learn. Coffeecup while I've never used it is pretty good or so I've heard.

Depends on what you want.. there are software that allows for WYSIWYG editing.. others allow for straight coding (HTML-Kit allows this- I don't know how updated it is though it's been a while).
 
I downloaded Corel Website Creator X6 and played and test with it. I think it is very friendly and easy to use than Dreamweaver. You can try to play with it when you download from Corel website.
