It could happen... sooner or later... or never.

They say that it was the atomic bomb that boosted technology after World War II.

A lot of the rights and needs that we had were given to different groups around the world at different time for various reasons... culture... tradition... beliefs... religion... etc.

There's women's rights, colored rights, disability rights, etc.

When specific rights were given, everything else related followed. When deaf people earned their rights, more deaf-related products were made.

Who knows, the video phone would have been made... but for other reasons and not intended for the deaf population. :dunno:

Slavery exist in Europe/Asia/Africa in long century before US. If it wasn't for Lincoln, there would be terrible slavery and take hard time until many century to change.

If it wasn't for Martin Luther King, we wouldn't see the race equal.

England was in shit trouble with Nazi without US's power army in that time.

Maybe there will be more fresh left in North/South America if Columbus never found that place.

I never said Africa wouldn't be enslaved by another country. I just said that between the U.S. and Africa it wouldn't have happened, since the U.S. wouldn't have existed. But slavery between Africa and other countries? We have no way of knowing what would have happened.

I just had a thought, What if things are actually better cause of all the terrible stuff that has happened in the past?

Would things be alot worse today if the terrible stuff that has happened in the past never happened?

That's a good question. As we know, There's no way telling of what could or couldn't happen if it were to occur.

Now, let's say - For argument's sake; If all these historic events did not happen in the past....

Supposedly, If World War 2 didn't occur and if it were to happen today; I'm pretty sure it will be a lot worse because of the advanced technology we have today. However, On the other hand - World War 2 was pretty much the reason why we have advanced technology today. So, with that, If WW2 didn't occur - The technology would have eventually catch up somehow if it correlates to another historic event or another kind of time line.

As for what would happen if United States of America didn't exist? - That is another good question. If United States of America didn't exist, There is one thing I know for sure - Everything would not be the same to what it is like today living in this country.

me either. USA saved South Korea in Korean War.... hence my dad was born and then I was unexpectedly born. :cool2:
 
If USA never existed then the world today would be a huge difference. I would not be here, either.
 
very good question but it would be whole different stories in history for sure! anything anything diffterent!
 
The world would not have the things that came out of the USA.
