When people say a job pays good money, what do you think is good money?
Back in 1981, I started at $4.25/hr. I thought that was good money. Better than Monopoly money.$15 an hour. What do you think?

I think that was it. $4.25. Just so you youngsters know, back then five bucks could get me gas, pack of smokes and a quart of beer. Was that minimum wage at the time?
That would depend on what the person COL expenses are, $15 would be a lot to some people and chicken feeds to others.
Do not be so spoiled. Everyone these days wants to make top dollar w/o working hard and climbing the ladder.I guess it depends on the lifestyle that you want.
Yeah it cost a lot to live in New England with our long cold winters the heating bills can really eat into your money.Yeah, you're right. It depends on where you live. I also think it depends on how well you manage your living expenses. If you're making good money and you think that's not enough but you don't manage to cut down on some unnecessary expenses, it'll never seem enough. If you're doing so already, but you don't seem to make ends meet, then it's probably not good money.

Your icon says a lot about you. Rich is subjective. I know a few that have so many dollars, and are unhappy. Getting by, in the red, should suffice. So, you don't believe in being rich?
