Not me... but my youngest godson... what a potty really is there for :giggle: Obviously we made a huge celebration out of it ;)

Yay! It is a major accomplishment!!

Congratulations to your godson!

I learned that I have skills in making a backyard looking like it was never destroyed by blizzards...lol

I re-learned that a full on crying fit will give you a massive headache!!

I hope you feel better... sounds like you had a bad day that made you upset in the first place.

Tell me about it...cried so hard on Wed and Thursday...ended up with my body feeling like on fire, headaches, and a dead weight.

I just learned I lost two pounds. If I keep up the good work for six weeks, I'm so rewarding myself by dying my hair black. I'll keep losing weight in the mean time.

My hairdresser says that lighting up my hair would make me look washed out if I bleached it beyond the med color stage. I look good in gray but I like trying out new stuff. I bought some temporary hair spray pink dye and sprayed it pink. thought it'd look great with my gray hair. Besides, I wanted to have fun with my hair. :D

She says that since my natural hair color is nearly black, black would look natural on me.

I don't know but they can learn to process their own chickens for all I care! I'm just sick of chickens!
:lol:Dixie. Tell me, do you eat chicken? When I was young, I worked at the local turkey plant and to this day, it is all I can do to eat a slab of white turkey meat during the holidays!

Thanks for the hugs..I actually feel a WHOLE lot better today than I did on Thursday. I am sure I will have my ups and downs. Oh well.

Good work, Deafskeptic!!!

Glad to hear that and thanks.

I learned that I have to pay attention at work or I'll lose money -again :(

Oh Lord, my DD sometimes has those crying fits. When she is done she will come up to me and say - "Momma, my head hurts!"

I am doing better now - mostly I just feel like hubby is more married to his mother than me. He comes in from work and goes straight to her to talk about his day or evening. He talks with her about things bothering him and all the highs and lows. He does not talk with me. He claims that it's because I am always on the computer. I have told him all he needs to do is just tap me on the shoulder and let me know he's home and would like to talk. I am on computer so much since I am not comfortable with the family anymore. Hubby and I went through this before we moved to Missouri back in 1996 and so for the 13 years there, we had no problem. He was able to deal with my hearing loss at the end of our 13 years there. Since coming back to Florida and now living with his mother (no other option with living arrangements), it is like she is more important. I talked with him over this and he still says he doesn't see a problem. I know this too shall pass, but there are days when it's harder than others.

Getting ready to take MIL to the hairdresser. Yuck!!

I am nearly the same way. I don't normally eat chicken unless it is a special occasion where chicken is the main meal such as on 4th of July, and Memorial Day, Super Bowl, etc. Even then, it is only one small piece of chicken tenders. Enough to make people think I don't like chicken that much, but also just enough to keep me from not looking goofy at these functions if I skip the chicken.

I'm sorry about that, K. Like you say, it will pass but will it? I'm tripping over myself trying to assuage some of this stuff....I'm sure you know what to do.
