Learned Glycolysis, really familiar with that. One reason I cycle creatine monohydrate is to expand on ATP synthesis (AKA endurance).

:shrug: maybe I need to change my major. I just don't get the whole thing. It looks like a big mess!

... after 2 weeks of fitness class absence I go back to find it completely redecorated... How did they manage to do this in 2 weeks is beyond me :o

Well think about it. If you do nothing that person is dead so yes any attempt is better than doing nothing. Makes sense to me.

I just learned that I got so sore from shoveling snow the other day that I can't even wipe my own Arse! Bet PFH didn't have that in mind either. :rofl2:
 
I learned that my 6 y/o girl has a friggin' back bone! If there's something she doesn't like she WILL let you know. Obviously she stuck up for herself against the bully at school. You go girl!
 
What I learned so far today is that I should have made a larger and stronger cup of coffee this morning.
 
I actually learned something that my ex thinks we are still together cuz he will not stop texting me.. freinds warn me about that yesterday til I thought of it I was like damn him... :roll: now it's sunny outside i think I better get ready to head out and enjoy sunny weather while it lasts.. :P
 
I learned that some folks enjoy my wild hair in the morning :D sweatshirt and jammies too!
