Bummer
Yup, had to throw mine away and I'm resorting to using my car charger for now until I can get to Walmart and buy a new wall charger.

Do a Google search for "PDF merge" and there are free sites that will merge pages together so they are a single document.
oh jeez.... save your money - use USB cable instead.
I recharged my iPod Touch 2 ways -
1. USB car charger
2. USB cable to your laptop
Amazon.com: 2 Port USB Car Cigarette Lighter Adapter Dual Plug for iPod MP3 Players Charger - Color White: Cell Phones & Accessories
Plenty of other "USB car charger" in amazon. and also "USB wall charger". very cheap. No need to buy apple product.
Isn't it still under warranty? Either way, contact Apple first (store or online). The USB cable is fried as well. I tried it on the wall as well as on the laptop - nothing.
Downloaded a program that will do what I need. Called PDFMerge. I ran a couple of tests and it seems to be doing what I want with relative ease. Even a non-techie with comprehension problems like me can figure this out. Yahoo!!

What is it for?
I have to scan in close to 150 documents into different folders all in PDF, so I can send the email to the mortgage lender and he gets all the documents. The different folders will be labeled as to what part they are for, such as the life insurance policy, the homeowners insurance policy, the 2009 taxes and the 2010 taxes and so on. To make it easier to email, I needed to put all the documents into one PDF file. I do not have the full Adobe Acrobat program, on the free download. So I had to get a program to merge the PDF files into one. This way. instead of 150 separate PDF files, there will only be about 6 large ones.

That sounds good to me about this program. I bet that my sister would want that one, too because she is doing right now. She has so much papers to make the copies. Hmm, I hope that it is easy for you to use it especially if the program has the security emails. Does it scans the legal papers?
