Thanks...guess just my life was so good for so long and it is my turn to go thru hard times. Life doesnt always go the way everyone wants sometimes. :)

I am thinking these are some nasty-looking storm clouds out there and hoping my brother and his friend dont get washed away. They went fishing somewhere in Baltimore. 19 year olds have guts dont they? :lol:

I have been thru tough times before and in my experience, my life improves for the better afterwards so I have faith that it should improve afterwards. Thanks!
 
I am thinking I wish I had never heard of anoxeria, and wish I'd never gotten into that whole habit. I am also thinking I don't know what I am going to do next about hearing aids because program I was hoping would help me get the behind the ear hearing aids I need so badly denied my application. Seems I am not quite poor enough, but I'm certainly not able to afford these aids! I'm in this funny little place between the two, and I am so unsure of what to do now.

*Big hugs to Botts* Thank you sooooo much. I'll look into that right away. I get so optimistic about things, you know. It just absolutely didn't occur to me that I wouldn't qualify. I get so excited, and that's great, but it also means you hit the ground pretty hard when it doesn't work out.

Tell me about it! My cousin (18 at the time) was on the news because he and a friend were fishing a few miles offshore and their boat sank. They forgot to plug in the drain and before they realized it, their boat started sinking!!! Luckily, my cousin was able to keep his cell phone above the water and call 911. The coast guard was able to trace it.

But don't worry about it happening to your brother. My cousin is notorious for his bad luck. He's also been hit by a car and been in a motocycle accident. He's only 22 now. sigh....
 
Am thinking of the kitten we are going to adopt tomorrow...black and fluffy...the boys love cats moreso than dogs, I'm the dog person! And I'm thinking my Pom Pom will have a good "hyper" playmate as she is one! The boys will share the kitten (care for it/sleep with it!) HAHA Not for long, tho'. I'm sure the "Meow, Meow" is gonna frustrate them too much when they have to get up early AM for school.
 
I am thinking about fixing a cheesecake dessert for myself and for my friends tonight. :D
