I am thinking how weird health insurance companys work. Health insurance company are willing to cover the cochear implants only for the major one yet they won't cover the essential part of the CI's fees such as visiting audiologist for varies of necessary essential parts. Obviously cochlear implants are costly more than hearing aid. I have been thinking about CI but now I start to think twice how expensive CI is than hearing aid for many reasons. Hearing people who works with health insurance companys are ignorant. I feel bad for many hearing parents who are seeking for kids hearing better to spend a lot of money on kids' hearing and forget kids' good times regarding kids' thingy. Having ASL is the key that hearing people can do it if they learn at their earlier ages. Then it will be okay.

Our insurance covered EVERYTHING about the CI including therapy. They did not pay the $4000 a year for 3 years, for ASL classes.
ASL doesnt cost money!
Exactly. Like My co worker has been learning ASL with me and She has been picking up ASL nicely.

My hubby learned ASL by socializing. No classes or anything. He has in him...lol!

At least it was not a full body cavity search eh..Merely thinking about my dreadfully long day packed with a wild ride of emotions!
My presence was expected at court today and I obliged, with a smirk. I removed the belt and wore a different set of shoes, hah... there shall be no buzzing today! I lifted up my chin, straightened up by back, and slowly walked through the metal detector with a slight cringe unnoticeable to the prying eyes.
Silence... I conquered the metal detector! WOOHOO!! I thought I was free and clear until the police officer stopped me in my tracks with a smile on your face. "Hey I remember you!!" He elbowed his friend and they started to tease me about the embarrassing "strip down" from last week in front of another unfamiliar crowd of faces, my face blushed furiously. Why can't I catch a break?!? Why did he have to remember this foo'?
WhyYyYyYyy!
