Whether I will make it to my 5 am work out tomorrow - I have been getting up damn early for my work outs - it feels great at first but by 4 pm Im dead tired - took a 3 hour nap and now wondering if I will go to bed on time to get up for the gym! :)

Gemma, you are such a trooper to do early workouts. I am waking up at 5am ugh! I am not a morning person at all.
