The bed shaker alarm clock. You vill vake up! You vill be p.o.ed!

No bed shaker alarm. Do have hungry kitty alarm but that won't help me at 3 am. I have a light on a timer that I use to help me "wake up" when the sun is sleeping in during the winter months. I will set it to come on at 3. Will also set an alarm or two - if enough things go off the kitties will probably wake me up to stop all of the noise. :D

thinking about that weird dream i just had this morning, of my first gf (when i was 10 years old) how she's a grown woman now (i don't know what she looks like now but last time i saw her was when I was about 25) but that weird dream was when she asked me to visit her place (stumble her somehow) and that she was filming herself in group lightly leather-clad (like catwoman style) and was into water-sports, geeeez!.....in the dream, i remembered I was thinking 'how did she got so kinky? i remember she was a flirt and fast when young, even flirted with me.. (we played in the dark wardrode once)... ok enough...um move on...but this dream was how i discovered she has changed lots like she is addicted to this....she was having mulitple golden showers ....and it made her unsatisfied she was wanting more and more, but same time was beckoning me...what a weird dream....it was like she was consumed and it took over it, i was about to rescue her but i was stuck.....

(i admit i like catwoman, esp Miichelle Preiffer lol but Joanne was more like Jessica Alba, i kid you not) and no i didn't have a hard on, it wasn't a wet dream, just a weird dream, sort of was subconsciously thinking about people from the past but it came out in a weird way, very weird.

I been having weird dream too , maybe the moon has something to with this.
Is your facial hair and body hair getting longer too? :giggle:

I'd like to one day build a batpod to either use or sell.. How cool would that be to get this guy's plans from his batpod and make my own?

How to: Build your own Batpod | Hack N Mod

well...it wouldn't be comfortable...erm..look at the seat and pegs looks godawful...and well you'd do better with wide tyres which is available for big harleys or biggest triumphs as it has a curve for leaning so the riding is more natural...ok it won't be the same comic-look but hell it wont be comically funny to be seen riding like a crippled rider who can't lean to turn, and building a centre-hub steering with flat wheels would be an utter nightmare, on many levels of engineering

so nah, forget it...unless you have really DEEP pockets and time and a full on engineering brain (genius level)...then don't

Thinking about how some people go to the extreme to "Pimp Their Rides".....saw a truck on the road the other day...a woman driving it and it had No Doors!....:hmm:..also at the Bank drive-thru...this couple in an old VW Beetle....2-seater...the back of the VW had been cut off and a trailer inserted.....had "classic" plates..:hmm:...friend down the street became "burned out", quit his 6-figure job...sold his Escalade...and bought a 1972 Chevy Nova.....:hmm:

Must be something in the air....

Thinking about how my 3 day weekend seemed like.... nothing... *facepalm* Literally, it felt like no days off at all! So sad.... :( I didn't even get my brakes done on my bike! Looks like that will have to wait till this weekend... Why can't the back brakes on my Shadow be disk like my GSXR?! Why drum brakes, WHY?!? Stupid back drum brakes...

GSXR Hayabusa :P ( just upgraded from my 1000 CC ) I couldn't ever make up my mind between a sport bike and a cruiser... I always liked both. I liked the relaxed style and mentality of cruiser riders but hated little twat waffle crotch rocket riders. ( Still usually do ) However, I loved riding crotch rockets. So, I have my Hayabusa to ride on occasion because I can't resist... it's too much fun. :P Buahaha... I've talked about it before. :P I lectured someone on not getting a 1000 CC in another thread because they wanted to go fast and told them to start out with a 500 - 750 CC :P

1300cc bucking busa??!! holy crap dont die on it, that thing is one of the fastest bikes in the world.....geeez becareful

and dont ever think about adding a turbo, you Never need it....WAY WAY too fast...

btw how does it handle not too wobbly around town in 50ks speeds i hope....

Well I just got it Friday....

I put it in the shop Saturday and I'm supposed to pick it up this Friday. Having the tires replaced, Chain replaced, tune up, oil changed, brakes changed and all that stuff. I don't want to risk anything half done on it. I rode it to my house and to the shop. I didn't gun it anywhere and I haven't ridden it anywhere significant. I don't ride like a douche, so I don't see it being an issue for me. The weight is a bit different from the 1000 so that might take a bit of getting used to and it's a lot more responsive.... More responsive than I thought it would be... but I've taken the advanced safety courses so I'm sure I'll be okay. Like I said, I don't go around riding like a jerk. As responsive as it seems to be, I don't think I'll be adding anything to it... especially anything to make it faster... Not really sure who in their right mind would do that....

It's very incredibly smooth... feels like I'm gliding on air honestly! :D Except when you hit a pot hole... you notice potholes.... a lot...

good, keep it that way, and yes you should google some you tubes....the tricked out busa is just Mental, and they shouldn't be called mental as a prize badge but more as a 'they are endangering themselves as much to everyone on the road' that sort of mental, its just ridiculous

i been on back of a GSX1100 some years ago was big but also like you said, glide...nice but always respect it so it wont kill you...thats all

Oh no, I have no urge to go around being a douche bag. I just like to have the power available. Sure, I'm going to blast on it now and again, but nothing insane where I'm weaving in and out of traffic around 150 or anything in rush hour. I don't play that stupid crap, I got out of that many years ago. :) It was hilarious seeing the facial reactions of all those guys in the motorcycle shop when I pulled up on that bike though... I also made sure to tell them I marked the miles down and it better not be more than .5 off... I know how those jerks work!

I plan to give it a try when I'm able to, but it is interesting. Either that or I can pull the batteries out of a mobility scooter and put a small engine in it, likely from a pit bike or motorize a pram..lol

No but seriously, I'd like to give it a try some day, if successful, I can either sell it or keep it, but I find creating things a good and entertaining use of my time, even if I'm not great at creating something like that yet, we'll see after my mechanics training if I'm up to the task.

I just finished watching an old film called Sound and Fury. I am wondering what happened to Peter and Heather Artinian today...are they successful?

Did you know Peter's sister got CI and use it for her own curious, his wife got CI but dont use it anymore.

Thinking why are there deaf camps that separate deaf kids? Like there are CI camps and they wont allow any deaf children with no CIs in. I think it is a form of segregation. Horrible.

which camp is it? where is that?

Here is one...

Summer Camp for Children With Cochlear Implants | Nemours

But, unlike other camps, the one at Nemours Children’s Clinic is attended only by children like Justin — children who have cochlear implants, a surgically implanted electronic device to improve listening and spoken language skills.

I did not follow the link you gave. But my only thought is a good part of their program may be for learning to get the most out of their CI use. That would not help or interest those without one.

Just don't like the idea...what if there is a deaf child who is living in a rural area who doesn't have a CI or is unable to develop speech skills and those kinds of camps are the only ones near that child? I just don't support this at all.

Camps? Camps are supposed to be for fun and to meet people like them who are deaf people, not people who were able to develop oral skills.

What if there are some children who have CIs but were unable to develop speech skills?

It just rings of discrimination to me.

I went to a Deaf camp when I was 13 and I didn't know ASL but they welcomed me despite my not knowing ASL. It was too bad that I was brainwashed by my teachers , audiologists, and speech therapists that ASL wasn't good for me because I could have learned ASL at 13 instead of struggling for another 12 years with oralism and finally learned ASL at 25 years old.

Leave the speech therapy for the speech therapy sessions. Just my two cents.
