Some weather reports say we are getting a big storm this weekend, with lots of rain. I hope we get it and a lot of it.

Feels like it will rain because all my old injures are saying ouch.

I am thinking about what to do this morning. I went to sleep early so I am awake at 5:13 am.

Its 10pm here and I am a little upset about myself.
I am just confused about my relationship with my girlfriend, you see, my girlfriend is hearing and it is hard. I went to see her after not seeing each other for 3 days.... the communication in-between us was great to start with but at the moment, she was tired and lazy as she declared herself, and I told her that I felt left out if she would take the effort to make sure I was involved. But all I can see is hearing the verbal conversations between her sister and a friend, and her texting her best friend all the time while I am around.

What am I gonna do?

Maybe you need to ask her what's up - was she having a bad day, or is she showing you something important about who she is and how she feels?

Probably a good idea to find out, if you think you can handle the answer.

She needs to include you that's important. Best advice to talk to her and ask her what's going and how you feel. I don't think she does it intentional just perhaps she can get carried away in a conversation with someone and forgets, IDK.

No excuse her texting her friend all the time. Me personally, I think it's rude! Anyone texting in my presence and giving their attention to a text and not me is rude.

thinking about how unfortunate my friend was last night. *chuckling*

my friend called me yesterday because his van was stuck deep in the snow/puddle/ice at poorly-made parking lot... plus flat tire. I drove in with my good ole' trusty truck and fortunately I was equipped to handle it.

took out my powerful air pump to inflate his tire so that towing him out will be easier... took out my D-ring to hook up my recovery strap to the frame since his van has no tow hole/hook... I was praying his axle won't get ripped out. we moved it out nice and slow. all good.

and then when my friend got home... as he got out of his van, he slipped on ice and dislocated his shoulder. he had to go to ER. I told him that he should have called me back again cuz I know how to deal with it. instead.... he suffered in agony for 2 hours at ER.

tsk... if a dislocated shoulder is dealt with immediately, you'll be fine. just a little sore. but... the longer your shoulder is dislocated.... the more painful and longer your pain will be. what a poor bastard.... rough start :lol:

i agree it's rude, sometimes its deliberate to say 'not interested in you anymore'...when this happens, its a downhill start in relationships (if in relationship), or a show 'your not that important to me' for "friends" , start looking for better freinds , some might actually text alot, BUT always bounce back with real ness and carry on the fun, carry on the warmth 0 that does not mean they're rude...care not to misinterpret that...other than that...you should be able to tell if they're like your company or prefers their own...if the later...start to time for a break off and look elsewhere....(to Jclarke)
 
As heartbreaking as it sounds , Grummar you have a good point, " I am not interested" hint. To Jake, do discuss and find out please before it's too late while you are still in the beginning of this relationship. Give your time to heal from your precious relationship as well. You can always get rid of this girl and focus on you. Just a word of advice :)

Yeah, I eventually did earlier last night. Discussed and we have ended the r/s for the best out of the both of us. sad I know but we remain friends. It was hard to know what's coming out straight to my face.

I agree, its rude but I think she isn't aware more of the 'culture' I am in.
 
JClarke...enjoy the single life for a while while you heal from these relationships! :)
 
True , she's not aware of the culture. I just hope she will understand and be more considerate.
