thinking of how much I have been ripped off recently with a penalty notice.
 
Thinking of my car window won't go up or down (electric)...and it's raining...Next car I buy is gonna have roll-up-down windows (manual)...We got the window blocked off from the rain tho'....

For th eroll up windows, if you would find a old car that has these.... these days all cars are eletronic, what can you do?
 
Bad news today. Trying to roll with it. Hopefully things turn around soon, but it's pretty discouraging.
 
Thinking my hubby is a little crazy today. The house is full of boxes from our unfinished kitchen remodel and he tells me that he hired carpet cleaners for Saturday morning. This is the guy who is always telling me "one project at a time".

Nope, I was quite shocked when my hubby purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla for our college daughter and it has roll up windows and no electronic locks.

Nothing really...will try it again tomorrow if it stops raining here...grrrrr...hoping it's just a blown out fuse...have no idea how much it will cost to fix it.

Hopefully a fuse or loose wire; I had to get motors and a regulator replaced and it wasn't pretty. Didn't feel any better when they said that some of the gears are plastic.

yeah, when I had to fix mine it was pretty pricey....and I had let it go so long one of the times I rolled it up as far it would go anyway, it broke the door handle mechanism. At least for the inside, you could still use the handle on the outside, did I mention this was the drivers window? Can i tell you how many times I would fiddle with the thing trying to get it up as far as it would go before I remembered that I needed to reach outside to open the door? Roll window back down..open door....get window rolled back up. No blonde jokes...I keeeel you.

On our old Explorer, we had to replace the motors and switches on all 4 doors, then just 3 months later they all went out again, then again 1 year after that. When we sold the Explorer, we made sure to put on the bill of sale all the work needed to be done including problems with the windows.
 
i am busy all the time :P lots of heavy crazy me :lol: damn it busy

You say blown fuse? I am sure it is not that expensive?
