Brain was involved with this illness. So I am still trying to find out what caused my problem. If I move my head by bending and standing right up again. I get dizzy, light headed and nauseous. Exercising is impossible because of this and Dystonia. So with all these noises and that on top 24/7 is just too difficult. Brain feels scrambled. This is why I am having a difficult time learning ASL. Short term memory problems due to brain injury. I pray for some relief and calmness for this head/ear problem. Lifes to short to live like this.

You may want to talk to a Dr at Johns Hopkins, He has implanted both CI and a CI like device for balance. Given that your situation is so unique, it may require a unique solution. Let me know if you want that contact info.

thinking about tonite's class... hope to get things going good for new film to work on but gotta see.. and also gotta tape nhl hockey game (la kings vs TB lightning that I havent seen as I got checklist of all teams vs teams on tv that I have seen over the years) so for sure tomorrow I am off work so I can watch and enjoy.. hehe

Sorry Cheetah, I just saw your reply. I see the specialist here next week. Something needs to be done. Because the situation is "so unique" no one seems to know what to do.
If I do not get some options soon I will ask you for the information. I can deal with being deaf. I can deal with some noise and music. This horrific noise and head problems on top of the Dystonia pain is just too much. God I want at least a little of my life back. Sorry if it seems like I am a whimp, I am really trying hard to deal with it all.

I am very happy. After a long wait, I am scheduled to get my hearing aid next week. :D
 
Thinking about how my car insurance went up. Hope my daughter gets a job soon so she can pay her portion (which is probably 2/3'rds of it). Am currently using some of her Social Security money to pay her portion, but that money won't be availble come summer when she graduates from high school.
 
I'm thinking there is a such a thing as too much sugar... who knew?!?! :-o

er... i umm... well.. golly... I grabbed a handfull of sugar packs this morning... I think I might have... ummm... ate them all??? dang it! I was just going to have one. Next thing I knew I was opening the last one. By that point it was 'what the heck, it's just one more' kind of thing.

my teeth hurt... my head is not happy with me... my tummy seems weird...

And I know I consumed ten times this when I was in elementary school. I remember the huge jar and a spoon so vividly.

Oh yeah, there is still a crash after a sugar high, that part hasn't changed one bit...
 
Poor Cheetah! Didn't even get any chocolate to wash down all that sugar... :(

Accept a little scratching behind the ears in hopes that makes you feel better.
