No jobs for my hubby.. he would love it though. I wouldnt mind it now. Before, I would say no but since my daughter was taken away...my goals and wants have changed dramatically.

Remmy, I grew up in AZ so I did get sick a lot in AZ. I got the first pneomonia in AZ. LOL

the cold you get last year is not the same cold you got this year. different strain.

lol me either. damn.

I hardly get sick but I do get fever handful of times... which is not a big deal cuz all I need is just 2 tylenols and a good nite sleep. My brother gets a cold probably every month *spray antiseptic*
 
If I get a fever, it is fine but once it is in my chest and I end up with dry hacking coughs. Those last a long time. I would rather get a fever and sweat it out than this runny nose, scratching throat and the tightness in my chest. Usually these colds I speak of dont come with a fever. It is rare for me to get a fever. I maybe got it once in the last two years.

one thing for sure - I've had flu only once in my entire life and I do not ever want to go thru it again. It took me about 2 weeks to shake it off. The first week was utter hell. miserable.... miserable... miserable....

I have had the flu every other year pretty much....usually one day is real bad. Being in business I had no choice but to work through it. But yeah 2 weeks of sick is about the norm I think.

Now when I was a kid I had the Hong Kong Flu.... I think that was it. My dad had it too. We couldn't walk. We had to crawl to the bathroom. Intense leg pain with all the other flu crude.

Well since I moved to Iowa, I got sick more than back in Washington state. I guess my body doesn't like Iowa. :lol: Maybe it's the kids spreading illness since I live with kids.

Just wait. Should you live long enough, you have grandchildren. And then you start the sickness cycle all over again. :wave:
