What are you thinking about? Part IV

Thinking that I may have the perfect girl for The Write Alex to hook up with......: hmm:

I'm thinking how glad I am to hear that Dixie is ok.

I am thinking about making a cup of coffee as this air conditioning is making me cold. Also - Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers here on AllDeaf.com!

Thank you, Dixie! I love being a furmom to five crazy cats :D

And a truly, wonderful happy Mother's Day to all moms out there! In any shape or form :)

I dont think any of you know her as she isnt an ADer.

I dont know her well myself but I have chatted with her numerous times at my 2nd job where she works full time at and at some socials. She seems to have quite a few things in common with TWA such as having a deaf twin sister who isnt interested in learning ASL. She grew up orally and is now learning ASL just like TWA. In her mid to late 20s, a runner, and very preppy in style. Really pretty girl. I have always had good chats with her so she seems nice. Kinda quiet probably because she has trouble following ASL due to not being fluent in it and having trouble following spoken English due to needing to lipread. So, I usually have to Sim-Com with her.

That's all I know of her.

I'm thinking: I'll never sleep in until 4pm again. It messed up my schedule so horrible. I stayed up until 5:30am chatting with a friend then slept until 4pm. Went to bed at 1am and here I am cause my body refuses to sleep. -sighs- never doing that again. :/

Thinking about my previous work and talking to my former coworker about it, getting a glimpse of his "I quit!" email before he sends it out. :giggle:

I am thinking about having my USDA packet arriving in the mail soon. I hope it's an inquiry about the Waldron position and note to self - respond to it regardless or end up back on the inactive list.

I am thinking about the ENT appointment I have coming up. Had a minor scare over the weekend and I have been "chilling out" as much as possible. I have not been doing much different than I always do, but for some reason, the other day after my shower, it seems I had a "chunk" of something come out of my ear. We have it wrapped up to take with us to the ENT. It is not wax like hubby thought. All I know is, it is hard and has a sharp edge. Went to ER and they can't tell anything, so I went to see mu PC doc and he has referred me to an ENT. HE says it looks like a bone fragment. He has also requested for all copies of my hearing records and so I gave him my file and asked him to get it copied and returned to me. The file is actually four 6 inch thick expanding files. I don't feel any different and there is no pain. Since I can't hear anything anyway, I couldn't tell if it created more of an issue. For me, it's just a puzzle that really won't matter.

Oh jeez, that does sound like a bone fragment... The thought of that makes me shiver. Hope all goes well and that it's only minor.

Well, seeing as how my ear drums and cochlea are already gone, I'm not sure what else it could be.

A bone fragment falling out of your ear? That's weird. I hope it is nothing serious.
