Yes, I just took the first step to clean all the gunk like spider webs, leaves, and dust. Its in poor condition, its going to take me a matter of months to restore.

That's neat your nephew restored a 1950's Coke cooler. The tyewriter here is a Royal not sure of the year guessing sometime in the 60's.

Royal was a top of the line brand in typewriters. You will have a teasure after you finish it.

I would love to see the picture of your typewritter. I did ask my mom about her typewritten because I wanted to keep it. sadly she did not have it anymore. I never forget when my finger just dipped deep and the metal rod with the letter on it and hit my finger. God, it hurts reallly bad! :lol:
 
I'm thinking this paper is really the last big obstacle I have left to jump over before finishing my first year of graduate school...yikes... yet, I still can't manage to find at least some motivation to do it... typical... :P

Also thinking about how excited I am to go on my road trip in a couple of weeks. :D I will get to see some of my best friends ... it's been too long since I saw them last.

Thank-you. Tomorrow night my DD and I are going away for the weekend at a friend's house. I think this is what we both need. I look forward to it, more so than the iPhone 4. I don't think tomorrow will end soon enough for me at work. We plan to go straight from the farm so my DD will be with me during final gathering and we will have our clothes with us.

I need to learn more ASL as well as Auslan, so I can chat more on Videochat with ADers. Skype is so slow in my region though, not is not clear enough for signing. :(

:wave: Internet fluctuates here. I am in Thailand. Internet not good enough for ooVoo.

I know enough Auslan to hold a decent conversation now; will have to work on ASL to be the same at least. I want to be fluent in both eventually.
 
Thinking it's weird something shook the entire building last night but no news of explosion or quake this morning. It was a major shake.

I also discovered there is a work stoppage on my ant farm. Turns out I bouught union ants. I thought I bought army ants. They have little signs "no more tunnel to nowhere" and I just got a letter demanding that the farm be subsidized. Good news is now that we know they are not army ants, the war protesters can go home. Westboro ants never showed, bot I am guessing with the location of the stinger being gay isn't popular in the ant community. That would be serious S&M.
