What are you thinking about? Part IV

It's great to be planning ahead. But don't lose the forest for the trees here. Paying a bargain price for appliances doesn't end up being a bargain if you then have to pay $50 - $100 a month for several months to store them.

Stores are always going to be in business and they are always going to have sales. Just be careful here "to not lose on the swings what you make on the round-abouts," as they say.

I just hope you can get an apartment asap.

Sent you a helpful PM :)

Not bad, I'm hoping I can find something similar here in this area. Conway is over an hour away from here and on the other side of Russellville from where I am at now.

I know because I am on a prescription level of ibuprofen for inflammation in my joints and the doctor told me about the difference.

Aspirin can make your stomach bleed also.

Ibuprofen is much safer.
I like it but my husband just became allergic to it. Already took him to urgency care twice cuz his mouth swollen and closed up his airway. I am in searching finding right kind of pain killer to rid of miragrain for him but no suck luck here. Also I take it for my shoulder last week cuz it was painful and almost could not do my job that day. It helped me a lot.

I'm thinking THANK YOU to Rebeccalj for telling me watch Bridget Jones Diary....SO FUNNY!

I am thinking about call in sick tomorrow to avoid drama between my customer and my postmaster and me. I want that guy to trim the vines off his mailbox and he got so mad because I asked him to do it then next day he had no mail which he thought I hold his mails. Pfffffffthhhhh, another emotional day for me to deal with him sigh....

I've done some googling and the average price for a 5x10 storage unit goes for $40, not bad.

Thinking about buying a cabin as a vacation home in the mountains of West Virginia or Western MD.

Rio, I'm thinking - I like your new picture!

Also I like the combination "He washes our sins away into the ocean" with "Brady's back!" I mean, he's good, but I didn't know he was THAT good!

Thank you :)

About the "Brady's back" was when he was off season in 2008 due to a knee injury , something I don't like talking about. I am glad he's back :) He's improving every season to be a better quarter back. If you like like the Patriots and watch him play, Brady is good :)

Now I am thinking shel got a raise.

Nope, so buying a cabin wont be a reality for a long time. Just hanging out at my dad's and my aunt's cabin got me thinking and start researching. Maybe in 5 years.

I hope you do. We planned and hoped for and thought about buying a place at the beach for a LONG time. First started thinking about it in the early 1990's, and finally bought our lot in 2003. Started building mid-summer of the next year, and had it ready for enjoyment in summer in 2005. So it was nearly 15 years from mentally planting the seed to enjoying our new home.

I LOVE it. We might make it permanent some time, or might not, I don't know. But it's one of the best things we've ever done for ourselves.

Down-side, if you can call it that - we don't take many other vacations. Partly because of the dogs (harder to travel with them, and we don't like boarding them), partly because the mortgage payment on this place represents other vacations we could be taking.

However, my favorite phrase is "If you're lucky enough to live by the ocean, you're lucky enough."

So we're ok with not traveling a lot to other places. For the most part, we've been there, done that, and don't feel the urge to do that too much anymore.

Think I will take a little time off today and work on my ASL again. Will be back a little later.

Going to work on lessons at LifePrint.com, Starting ASL.com and then my Signing Naturally DVD and workbook. If I have time, I will then move on to making a video using Lou Fant's American Sign Language Phrase Book.

Sounds like you've got quite the program outlined for yourself!

Which ones do you like best, or do you find that they are complementary to each other?

Well - I like LifePrint.com a lot, but Dr. Vicars does use regional sign to CA in some instances. I am not doing anymore at Start ASL.com as the videos move way too fast and it is too frustrating. Will now attempt to do a video, but hubby is home and won't leave me alone.

"Hubby won't leave ya alone?"....:aw:....:D

That is something I never thought of...not being able to take vacations to other places because of the mortgage payment on the vacation home. My dad said that when he and his wife dies, his cabin will belong to the 5 of us but I would rather they both live a looong time before that happens. I need to be able to take vacations to AZ. :hmm:
