Thinking that I am gone for a day and WOW, did I miss a show in that locked thread.

Wish I had participated because I have a lot to say after reading some of the posts.

Dixie, you are going to see worlds collide in that thread. It certainly got very ugly and the sad thing is that we're all good people, yet we cannot seem to cross that big divide between the psyche of the hearing and the psyche of the deaf sometimes and this frustration can lead to very heated clashes.

And while Deaf people respect hearing people's need for spoken English and the hearing way, why is it that ASL and the Deaf way gets discounted?WTF? STUPID STUPID!!!!
