I feel crappy. thinking about how we're gonna survive THIS time living in car if nothing else works out for us. another long road to go on, no energy for that.

I hope you dont have to live in a car no one needs that. Hope it all works out somehow.

thank you ncff, hope so too. I mean, this discrimination happens one too many times now. am so sick of it.

jiro, remember couple weeks ago about water overflowing? landlord's vacating me out. I'm sure it's because of my service dog he dislike so very much since (he implied that in letter anyway - dumb) and waited for a chance to write me up. water accident, letter on your door next few days? figures. gotta be out of here by end of august. have had lived in car before but with a small child? :ugh:

I also just got out of hospital today. not my week already.
 
umm hospital? you ok? what did they do to you in LV????? I'd fight the eviction notice. If its implied about the service dog and you can make a case id see a lawyer to see if he can stop it. that sucks either way.

A good thread.... got me wondering what I'm thinking about this moment.... right now I'm thinking I only have a month left before I go back to work. :( And how I finally got myself back to this site. :)

oh yeah I'm fine, thanks. see the superwoman in avatar? chug and smile! :lol: honestly, I think I'll just hide in bed for now. too disgusted to think/do anything right now, things just never stop. :iough:

Got a question. Does a Grandmother who has lived with her child, in-law and grandchildren since the grandchildren's birth have more rights to discipline the grandchildren than the grandmother who has never lived with them?

For example: Suzy and John are married and they have 3 children. Suzy's mother has lived with the family since before the children were born due to Suzy's hearing loss. Grandma helped to raise and rear the children. Has always been involved in their lives. Now John's mother is in the picture and she calls down and hollers at Suzy's mother for reprimanding the children and saying it is the responsibility of the "fat, lazy, good for nothing mother".

What's your take on this?

Suzy didn't need her mother to help raise children just because she had a hearing loss.

Most people here have done it without assistance. Deaf can do anything.
