BB Curve. the most popular model cuz it's cheap when you buy 2-years plan. Either Spring or Verizon.

If you don't mind spending more - then Tour.

Hardly ever need customer service so I wouldn't know. System downtimes? So rare and no biggie for me when it happens....part of life. Never had data wipe out but even if I did, I'm not gonna kill myself, lol. My BB Curve serves me just fine.

:hmm: I hear the Tour is worth the few extra bucks, I'll have to wait until I save up moola. I think it is 149 dollars if I sign up with Sprint?

Verizon is out of the question for me, my ex sabotaged our account because it was under my name. Lovely O_O

React away. If Apple depended on deafies for its survival, they wouldn't have made a start as a company,lol. I have Mac computers and happen to like the hundreds of apps one can get with it. How come you don't like it?

First reason: It's security sucks. There's a reason the US government does not use it and prefers Blackberry.

Second reason: you can't feel what you're typing. many many typo issues but it does autocorrect itself.

Third reason: Extremely fragile. Expensive to fix if you break it.

Fourth reason: Pricing sucks, the plan pricing sucks as well.
