Shel, sure hope you can make up her birthday and more with your daughter in June. That will give you time for you and her to bond :)
 
Shel, Im so sorry about your situation with your daughter. I can't imagine how tough that must be. Especially with her not effectively returning any communication to you about how she is doing. I hope you get the opportunity soon to get word soon from her and that your ex will be a little bit more considerate of your point of view in this whole big picture.

Not yet. Thought it would show up this morning, but I guess its still early. I do expect it today though. Yeah- I missed it already after only 2 days. We sure get dependent on those dang things

Awwww.....tough times,shel. Wish there was something I could do to make it easier. I know it's painful now, but you are such a strong and persistent person. You have been through tough times before, and you always come out on top. I have every confidence you will this time, too. It's just hell walking through it to the other side.

I thought it was supposed to just rain today- now it changed to snow when I just look outside. I hate snow! I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. :pissed:

Poor Doug! We broke a 100 year record for the most amount of snow in Feb. this year. I was sooooooo sick of cold and snow. I'll take rain and 50 degrees any day after that!
 
I am thinking about what to have for lunch...... although it is already 2:11 in the afternoon. Yeah i have a real healthy appetite......
 
Shel, I'm sorry that this is such a difficult time for you. My heart goes out to you. I'm confident that you'll work though it and continue a good relationship with your daughter. *hugs*

Im just whining. I know it could be worse. There are many people who are dealing with worse weather problems like flooding right now.
