go ahead, brag about yourself. what are u good at? can u make an awesome spaghetti sauce? can u knit a sweater? what are ur talents?

i can surf, been surfing for 18 years now
i can draw
i can paint
i can write music
i can write poetry
i can cook
i can do a back flip
i can do a one handed clap
i can make the best grilled cheese sandwich u have ever tasted.
and...one that im most proud of....
i can treat a woman right.

what can u do?
 
I can play bass guitar real well in a variety of styles. I have a large technical knowledge of guitars and amps and how they work, and I'm good at repairing them. I can type fast. I'm good at listening to people's problems and offering advice. I'm somewhat good at photography, depending on my motivation and scenery. I am a good traffic driver. I use to be good in political debates and rhetoric, but I've long lost that gift due to stagnant education. Hmm. I'm a good diver and swimmer. Thats all I can really think of for now.
 
I can write well—not professional quality, but close. I’m also a decent cook, and when my wife’s nosy friends ask her if I’m any good in bed, she always says "I got no complaints". :bj:

I'm good at pottery, metal art, writing, managing work stuff, being a mom...
I used to be a good cook, but don't really do much of that anymore.
Um...I'm a good person.

Actually, yes. I make the awesomest pasta sauce. I just brew in the right amount of herbs and add right amount of diced tomatoes to make it chunky and use the right brand of sauce to top it off! Not Ragu! (gagging)

And I can knit a sweater if I have time.
I did knitted several hats (beanie-style) already for myself, my husband, my uncle-in-law, and my niece... this is probably the fastest project I can do in less a week. A long scarf takes forever (because I probably only spend 15 minutes on it daily and this stretches the project into a long-term project.. but I have mastered to knit while watching TV or reading a book since I now can trust my hands to do its job at knitting so maybe this will be a fast project too?) I think the hardest knitting project will be socks.

I am good at:
  • People said I am good at drawing people-- I am too modest to say so.
  • Be somebody's shoulder when they are down.
  • Swimming-- Superb swimmer! Since age of three~
  • Make somebody smile-- because I say, do, or act stupid. :)
  • Keeping secrets. (believe me, I am the best vault there is!)
  • Finding baragins in clothing department.
  • Convincing friends/loved ones that they need THAT shirt/pants/pair of shoes. I am the WORST person you want to take to window-shop because I will make you buying it!

But to me.... I don't care what other people say or think...

I am good in losing weight.
I am good in praying.
I am good in cooking, I like cooking just like Chef Emeril, BAM!!!
I am good in taking care of the puppy Britney.
I am good in taking bath, cause I stay in bathroom an hour, I smell so good.
I am good in getting rid of dumb tv or cable channel and block them, I hate MTV, Vh1, Bravo, HBO, PPV, and some other offensive channel.....
I am good in learning new things.
I am good in PlayStation game, I love the level I reach, especially Pac Man.

I am good in everything I do, and I don't care if people don't think so.
They are so jealous.
 
Well. I'm good at:
- Drawing
- Playing games on PS2, Xbox and Gamecube
- Losing weight and keeping in good shape
- Making websites
- Keep clean at home
 
Let's see:

--making travel plans and sticking to it.
--learning languages
--absorbing information about different countries, cultures, etc...
--listening to people if they need to talk
--persistence with hiking, reaching the end
--cleaning when I feel like it, I really clean well (used to be a housekeeper)
Not sure what else I am good in...
 
cooking many different kind of meals (Nas'd agree with me since I cooked 90% of time for her)
patience
playing almost any non-extreme sports included boxing and weightlifting (not golf, I HATED that wimpy sport)
recommending which good movies & animes for anyone to watch and enjoy
wasting my time on reading the informative books & mangas
listening to women/friends and their needs & wants
snowboarding and mountainbiking
socializing with people
cleaning, fixing and plumbing
irking conservatives to get the reactions out of them
rolling my eyes at idiots
absorbing the knowledge and information about anything
'bed' and I'm a hopeless romantic (Nas' words, not mine)

AJ, I personally don't like to brag so I'd like to add some 'bad' in my list to even it out. Can I? Since it is your topic, I have to ask first before I add anything.

What am I good at? Here we go........;)

* (Listener) I'm a good listener, If someone needs a shoulders to cry on or just venting. I'm here for that.

* (Caring) I care about people, being happy for others, support them, help them, show respect, and generally love them. I do put others first before myself.

* (Loving) I have a great big heart, I'm good at showing my heart, my feelings, my emotion, I'm faithful to the one I love, I'm very good at being romantic.

* (Mother) I love my boys so deeply that I would always put them first, by caring, loving and being the best mother around to them. Whatever troubles them, I'm there in a heartbeat. They're my life and they mean the whole world to me, being a mother to them is the best gift that God gave me without them I'll be lost.

* (Cook) I do cook, If you only taste my cooking, You'll never wanna go home. :giggle:

* (Sports) Softball, Volleyball, Kick ball are my favorite all time hobby, Everytime one of those sports appears at family gathers or anywhere else, I'll be getting up and playing and having the fun of my life.

* (Laughter's) I love to make people laugh and I'm good with coming up with funny stories, Even my dad says I should get my own show like Jay Leno.

i can run...

i can swim underwater for hours 50 feet deep..

i can jump off cliff on st. croix falls 75 feet above...

i can sit down and work on my computer for hours...

i can laugh all i want.. and yeah i agree with cheri i love jay leno's show.. people think i'm related to jay leno cuz of my looks but i'm not (even though i wish)

there's several more things i can do.. but i'm not gonna say :P
