Waiting for my friend's boarding call at 3:45 PM, then I'm gonna grab dinner before hopping on the 4:35 PM Metra after today's fiasco riding here to Union Station.

Clothes. I bought one shirt for myself. My daughter bought piles of clothes. It was for her birthday.
We just got back from our bike ride. OMG OMG OMG my balance is terrible.
BUT I did it, we rode about 6 miles along the river. Beautiful day today in the low 80's. I'm sitting with a lot of ice packs but that is ok, I hurt if I do nothing, might as well hurt and have done something fun.
Next time I want to make it 10 miles and increase a few miles every time.
Clearly.

Fixing dinner...was sick last night and all day today...didn't make the Expo....grrrrr...thinking its all this pollen...nose running and chest congestion, slight fever and tired....
Ahhhh RR so sorry you are sick again. Do you take allergy medication? There is a really good over the counter nasal spray called Nasacort. It use to be by prescription only. It works by the spray preventing pollens to attach to the inside of your nose. Forms a barrier type of thing. I know a lot of people have had very good results plus it does not make you super sleepy. Another tip, put your allergy eye drops in the fridge. Nice cool eye drops help relieve itchy eyes.
Sorry you missed the Expo and I hope you feel better real soon.
That;s what I have (Nasacort)...and have used Flonase too....itchy eyes....staying indoors and wiping down my doggie every time she goes out for her business.....
