What are you doing right now? Part II

I got to see it from the second source he posted. Then went on and Googled it to get more information about it. Even the Walmart site has it VERY POORLY rated. As one of those posters said I think it is time to save a bit more and get something with higher quality.

Keep in mind that I'll be contacting the lawyer's office soon, and I'll need proof of the ADA violation, so if they ask for pictures, at least I'll have something to work with. Good thing I can clean it up on Photobucket to make it look more decent, which I've done once before, so shouldn't be too difficult to do that.

What am I doing right now?

For the moment I am temporarily homeless. I was just kicked out of my house for taking offense to being told I "wasn't listening" when I asked someone to repeat something they said (for the first time.) So if I make an off-color post or seem a little surly, my apologies in advance.

Oh good God! I would never ever return to a house with such an unpleasant situation if I had a choice.

I could not see ncff07's or ChicagoBlue2's first picture either-- first time in a long while- Firefox on a Windows machine. Could be slow server responses where AllDeaf is located...

Not sure what you mean by 'cleaning it up to look decent' but if it were me I wouldn't do that if you are wanting to use these as legal evidence. They could come right back and say you were tampering with the photographic evidence and it would not hold up.

That crossed my mind not long ago, so I stopped by a few places to look at other options, and RadioShack seems to be a promising place to check out in a few weeks' time. They have exactly what I'm looking for, and the price I need. However.... they are out of stock right now, so I'll check back there in a few weeks' time.

Which I did. I'm using Google Chrome, and I can see it.

What is the difference with Google Chrome and plan Google ?? I want to buy a camera but have no idea what out there , I never used a digital one , only the old fashion ones which need film.

Google Chrome is a web browser. Google is a search engine. Google Chrome is easily downloadable, and one of the easier browsers to understand and use (My opinion on this), and it can be used on just about anything. Android, Windows, Apple, Samsung, etc. I'm not sure what Apple allows to be downloaded, but I do know people can download the browser onto Apple devices.

As for digital cameras, I'm leaning towards a Canon camera, as there are a couple easily affordable not far from here.

I have a HP computer , I will need a camera that I can read with having to wear my reading glasses. I will see something outside and want to take a photo of. I saw a hawk resting on the ground one day , it been raining really hard so I guess the poor bird got very wet and tried . It was just sitting on the ground which was very unusual for a hawk . I thought was hurt at first
I could had gotten so real good close up of the bird . He was able to fly off on it own .

If you're using pictures for evidence, do NOT make any editing changes to them.

Options for what? Cameras?

Whoa, kicked out for not hearing enough? That is something!!!

Yes. If I don't want to get into trouble for editing a legal picture, I need to look at other options. It might cost more, but at least I wouldn't get into trouble for it if I do it that way. (For good quality, that is. Canon or Panasonic are a couple of options I'm looking at, as is Polaroid).

At my friend's place..... helping him set printing on his phone, and updating his laptop.

Whatever camera you use, just make sure you adjust your settings before you take your pictures, set up good lighting, take different angles at various distances, and take more than you think you'll need. If size or distance matters, use reference markers in your pictures, such as rulers, yardsticks, coins or dollar bills. Make sure all your pictures are time stamped when you take them. Then, save them all on a disk, without editing. When you save to the disk, save as like a music CD (write protected) so that the picture files can't be edited.

TCS and I have Nikon cameras. Olympus is another good brand, too.

I agree and I have been happy with Cannon. I have forgotten why I first bought a Canon SLR but when it was time to change to digital (DSLR) I stayed with it in order to keep using some of the lenses I have acquired for the film version.

That is excellent advice. I shall have to print that and make sure I can do it the right way.

As for what camera, I knew Nikon is a good camera, but when I stopped by Sears on Lawrence earlier today, they were WAY too expensive. I also stopped by RadioShack earlier, as well, and they had Canon cameras that were on sale recently, but they are out of stock at the moment, though. I still need to find something I can easily afford, and still learn how to use. I want to be able to do things the right way.

I heard RadioShack will be shutting down a lot of stores they're not doing very good. So It be wise to made sure you'll not need to return whatever you buy there.

Our stores here are doing all right. At least the ones I know of, anyways. The ones here are usually put near busy areas, like eastern Rogers Park, near Loyola University, and Andersonville, both of which have busy stores. The one in Ravenswood (that is the one I visited earlier) however, not so much.

Eating breakfast and then get ready to hit the gym and then food store before relaxing for the rest of the day.
