You try IMdb.com?
Do a keyword search for "deaf".
There are so many movies that has deaf people in it and far few from it, There's few that are revolved around deaf culture.

Keep in mind, the results of the keyword search varies on what is typed in. Some movies have better use of keywords than other movie. For instance, one movie might have a 30 second scene of a deaf guy running in, signs out a bad word, then runs off. Yet, they add "deaf" as one of the keywords in the movie. Was it really a deaf-related movie? Not really.Ooh thanks guys, I've heard about imdb.com but never really used it before, thanks for the idea, and thanks jolie, i'll look up that movie!
