Some of you already know that I was on a diet a couple of months ago and I still am sticking to it. Last October I joined in at Weight Watchers and learn a lot of things about what we suppose to eat, how to do exercise, etc. I decided that I would try to do it at home by myself instead of going to Weight Watchers meeting every Tuesdays and I LOVE it. I always weight in every Tuesday mornings as soon as I wake up and go to the bathroom then weight in. I always lose about one to two pounds a week (That's normal to lose average one to three pounds a week)
After Christmas, I started doing some different ways and lost a lot of weight. I found out that I've lost 45 pounds now so far. I just joined a membership at Ladies Riviera Fitness Center last Friday and I had to do treadmills, bikes, and Cardio...I usually spent the time about 1 hour and half there, I love it, it made me feel so good! I go there three to four times a week.
This is how I do for my diet...I usually eat anything I want to but NO SUGARS! I am allowing to eat sugars every Sundays. Sometime I would just choose a portin of protein and carbonhydrates to make a meal and add a serviing of vegetable (at least two servings) of my daily meals. I usually eat about 5 to 6 meals per day. Of Course DRINK A LOT OF WATERS!!! I would drink diet pespi or diet mountain dew (caf. free) once in a while.
I want to know if anyone had some experience with your weight loss or are you on a diet..if so, what kind of foods do you eat? Anything you want to say about weight loss, please post it
