Got to agree that its good everyone has different opinions. But on this topic, i do think that every victim's family should be the one to choose if to fight for the death penalty or life sentence. While i know they wont anways get what they want, at least be given the choice to go for it.
 
Sure. And when they murder the wrong guy as has happened more then once, then should that victims family be able to put them to deAth?

I do call iy "tough luck" but well it doesn't happen frequently. Ill still go for it. But i know you wont. Again, juat different opinions. Some of you see it has murder to use the death penalty, yet i dont. Just different ways of seen things.

Because the ramifications of the above easily leads to tyranny, if fairness is a faculty of justice and according to you tough luck for those who get murdered by the state and are innocent

I would be upset, cant argue there. But again tough luck. And i have been in situation werea loved one was executed for wrong crime. But then he had done other stuff. Idk if that applies. But then there was also case of my cousin...still tough luck. It happens, i know, but i still yhink the death penalty is good especially for cases in which we have right person, which is more likely than it been wrong. Its allright hoichi we probably wont get to an agreement.

It is tough luck when person is innocent and they get death penalty. Maybe even word "luck" is nit right word. It is bad all thise things happen and it diesnt take the wrongness in it. Whether it be rape, murder, or killing of an innocent, it is bad that doesn't change. That i say its tough luck does nit mean it makes it any better. Just it happens, sad as it is. But i also belive we should make those who are guilty and for me death penalty is the answer. And well it is based on my opinion. I dobt see how its erong to kill someone who is guilty. Im only talking of those guilty. Not sure how else to answer your question. Using facts? Making it to it appeals to you? Even if therr was critical thinking you would still disagree and think all the previous yhings you have toldme. Again we are going in circles.

If you think the death penalty is the answer then why don't you also hold that answer for those who kill an innocent man via the death penalty?
