I didn't realize that this didn't exist. My state has it's own individual office, so I just assumed that there was a federal office as well.

I didn't get the impression that it'd be a Federal agency. I think its a city of Washington, D.C. thing.

I doubt they would call it the District Of Columbia government level office??
