Why should we obey the rules if al queda aint playing by the rules too? These soldiers who mistreated those iraqi prisoners should not get inprisonment. We should give those soldiers a slap on the wrist by giving a dishonable discharge nothing more. If the jury gives them inprisonment of any kind theyre ether manipulated by the democrats or very stupid uneducated 5th graders.

Steve, this is what makes us Americans and them Terrorists. Playing by the rules, even if they don't. Whats the point in fighting for the greater good if your doing it at their level. Makes us no better than they are. This is why I'm proud to be an American and proud of our soldiers fighting for our freedom.

Who said I said it was OK. I've seent he videos too. The problem is, what would be the point in everything if we are doing the same thing they are? Lets go around beheading Muslims for no reason...is that what your asking for? If so, what makes us any different than them?

Its called an eye for an eye. And i belive in it. So i think those soldiers shouldnt get prison for 10-20 years. That would make those arabs laugh and say how weak we are. If you hear jurys verdict says "not guilty" that would piss off al queda.
