I wanted to let all my friends and well, smile, everyone know that I will be
away from AD for about a month. I am taking my mini vacation in just a few days and then will return to have that final surgery on my right knee. Geez, I really hope this is the last surgery. Laughing, I keep telling the Dr's, this is it, I have had enough. Unfortunately , the pain becomes so bad I just give in.
After that there will be 3 weeks of Physical Therapy. Then finally, I can start walking and and running again. I'm not sure if I will be able to ride my bike.
My left arm has all that metal holding it together, so I have limited ROM. So
everyone Be Well Be Happy, play nice, laughing. I will really miss each one of you. As soon as I am able, I will at least read AD. smile. I ask that you keep me in your thoughts, No one is really sure how my darn brain will react to the sedation for the knee surgery. Please, Keep a Happy Thought....

Hope you will have a successful surgery. I can not say have a good mini-vacation but from AD yeah. ;)

Ditto what Beclak said. Enjoy the vacation, be strong, be of good cheer, and let us know when you're back to fightin' form again. Take care of yourself.
