oh yea i still going AD i MUST! hehehe! if i cant drive so Rebelgirl can drive my car anyway.. i trust her 600%! smiles.. I cant miss this *grin* also thanks for pray!

My neighbor had the similar problem as you as well. She said it's painfully... I can feel your pain and pray for your surgery, Tweetybird.

yup it painfully when i do sign, drive, make bed up, do something and it cause more pain.. i hate that.. sigh.. anyway yea i am so HAPPY to have rebelgirl for 9 yrs good friends! :D

Let Rebelgirl be your hands for now. Give your hands a rest. You don't have to make your bed because you have a very good reason. For your safety for a while you should not be driving at least for a while etc. Go easy on your healing hand and I am sure Rebelgirl would not mind being your hands for a while also your dad and mom would not mind being your hands for a while too. I have some hand troubles on my right hand, can't do data entry because of it!

But I always sleep with a quartz crystal, I just find that when I hold it in that hand it really helps when I'am sleeping but the hand feels better too!

But one famous hand surgeon in Clf. quoted that he tells his patients to take B6 everyday after the surgery. It was written in Jane Mueller's book, the wife of the doctor who created the Mueller Technique, called "Things your doctor doesn't tell you".

So ask the doctor about B6. Jane Mueller was saying most people with carpal tunnel are deficient in Vitamin B6, and you'd need to take it everyday for up to three months to start seeing an effect. I never remember to take it everyday!
About the dosage, I wouldn't have a clue, but the RDA is usually lower than what we need nowadays. Just don't take a handful, unless it's fishoil!
 
Tweety, is it Carpal Tunnel syndrome or what? if not, what is wrong with
your wrist?
I had surgery on both of my wrists...kinda painful but worth it since i have
no more pain in both of my wrists now.
Good luck in your surgery and God speed in your recovery!
