Wal-Mart is owned by China ...

Nice fake rumor.

It owned by Sam Walet, the original founder. After he passed away, now, his son and daughter are part of own Wal-Mart and Sam's Club in Ark.

Yep, I know. But, there's more than that. You may want to read 3 different part about Wal-Mart and China. That's called "Red China Free Trade Zone". I know it's long letters to copy and paste here, but to copy and paste the 3 different links would do fine ...

Part One) http://www.skolnicksreport.com/rcsp.html
Part Two) http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/517483/posts
Part Three) http://www.skolnicksreport.com/rcsp3.html

And... your proof?

I just typed out the links you may want to investigate ....

We can't expect everything to be made in America. I think it's good if things were made in other countries.

Yep! That's why Wal-Mart removed the adverting "Made In America" sign from some stores.

I feel you about brand new computers. I used to have HP computer, but now it has problems. Now, I am happy with my IBM computer... I have no problems since (I had only ONE virus in it, removed it last year). It runs smoothly. Funny thing, I almost decided to buy Dell, but changed my mind after reading Liza's problems with Dell. I bought IBM instead.

I don't mind getting a custom built computer as "backup" server or whatever.. I will get it someday when time is right.

In the future, I will get IBM laptop.

Emachines SUCK! My dad has Emachine with Celeron technology.. it gives me headaches. Pfftt at emachines. I am glad that I did not buy emachines. No offense to emachines lover like Tekkmortal.

hmph, why do you rather Nike over Walmart? One thing for sure- walmart laptops would be cheaper than NIKE laptops. The only reason you are :ugh: because you dont think Walmart is cool enough to buy laptops but that is not what Walmart is targeting for- they are targeting to be the affordable supercenter, that is all. NIke is all about profits for their fat cats and overpriced and ripoff products for the consumers. so... think about those kidn of things from the people under poverty level. Don't look down and make a big fuss about a "poor brand" making a laptop. :) Be glad it is not KMART that tries to sell their brand in laptops market. :)

Here is the example that there is Phillip's CD player with Nike's logo on it. Does it look cool, huh? That's idea I like for Nike's style on laptop and excellent quaity, who know?!? Wal-Mart seek for cheap and something can be meet for under budget user.

Speaking of eMachine... Gateway is buying eMachine out and the combined company will be number 3 behind Dell and HP.

eMachine is a nice computer for a low price. If I am rich I would consider buying more expensive computer like Alienware computer. But I m poor *sighs*.

Why is that?

I've had *a lot* of problems with eMachine at work because I've gone through three new harddrives because all of them died in one year. Once the power supply blew out. Often times my computer would shut down itself. I'm pretty sure it was over-heated. I wish I knew what kind of hardwares they used, but they locked my towercase so I can't open it. The Management Information System are being cheap about it.

Even my brother owned one eMachine and hated it, too. His cd-rom and keyboard died on him and that computer wasn't very old either!

That is why they are reserved for rich people. Damn expensive computers LOL
I think Bill Gates owns many computers because brand new computers get worthless pretty quick. I agree with you about owning Alienware. Maybe I will in about 30 years LOL

Katzie, you are a damn right!! i admit you, emachine looks sexy designs and cheap prices. So i aint surprised about this issues had the history repeats itself. Did u know that emachine 's replacement Power Supply is refurbished????! long time agos, i did researched it on internet and now knew that most famous eMachine's power supply is refurbished. that company dont want you know about this. so ...because i used to had eMachine PC before, power supply its easy blew it up twice after i ordered it from emachine. but i aint use it no anymore.. for today, i am not sure if e-machine had changed system and new power supply without the refurished anymore. i hope so!
