If youi guys are getting a black screen on VP-200, please follow the instructions:
1) Make sure your private IP address on VP-200 matches via DMZ or Port Forward (it depends on the router's setting, so try both).
2) I am not sure if I have the liberty to disclose the port number, if you know it, share it. I'll ask my boss.
3) As for DMZ, the standardized IP address is 192.168.0.125 (just follow the gateway IP address format and just end the last octet with .125). If it's already presented via VP-200 then make sure your router is set to DMZ with the private IP address I mentioned above. When you're done, reboot your VP-200.
That should remedy your problem. I am an IT specialist, graduated from RIT with a BS degree in Networking and Web Developer. If you have any questions associated with your VP-200, PIM me and see what I can do on my end.
Hopefully I'll find a better job working for the government.. gonna work on that later; I am really happy working for Sorenson but the taxes are really biting on my bottom! Oh well, tax refund is just around the corner :-p
Well...
