sigh.. you misunderstood my first post in this thread.. I said it was working as intended before I went on the trip.Well, you still misunderstood my point. On your VP, go to setting >>> network >>> you will see several buttons, often people got confused between two button, one is called address, other is callled "public IP address" Both needs to be set correctly in order for them to work on default setting on SR-200. What I see happens is that customer used the second line in setting on Public IP address configuration and that points to private IP address, that is why outside callers can't call in.
