Whatever!

You speeding on icy road and deer shot across in front of you, I wish you best of luck!

No need to get all butt hurt.

Even on perfect conditions I wish YOU luck if a deer shot across right in the front of you.

I guess you never see ice racer before.

The tire stud beat the ice.

You speeding on icy road and deer shot across in front of you, or a idiot driver lost his/her control of car in front of you.... I wish you best of luck!

1. it's not really icy there
2. studded tires are illegal pretty much everywhere except certain location

Sure, but whats point? They are illegal in many areas?

I am speaking for normal highway not controlled test area where there is no idiots trying to get in the way.

It is not my point, have you ever heard "Expect the unexpected"? That is my whole point, I don't care about controlled areas, or whatever. We are talking about on the highway where everybody shares regardless.

yea. that applies for highway under normal condition.

To each own.... If one chooses to be reckless, that's what lawsuit and prison are for :)

Right, I know that it can be done in controlled or limited area and that is not the problem.

As for on the highway, you never know if driver in front of you has bald tire or lousy tire and got out of control, your really are at their mercy. Have I seen it happens? Oh yes plenty of times. There are time that when I had to go to work, I saw more than 12 cars into accidents at various location between my home and my work, and it is only 11.5 miles apart. The highway is about 9 miles total so 12 different locations on that highway has accidents. Most of them involved accidents got 4x4! Can't they see for themselves and slow damn down? So therefore I have seen enough!

You speak of who you are!

Ice racer is part of winter and deal with it.

Racing on state and federal owned highway and street is ***ILLEGAL***. They are only legal at race track and private properties.

People driving like 5 mph and backing traffic up. That's on clear roads!

Here in Kansas, lots of heavier and bigger vehicles, most of them passes the lighter and smaller vehicles whenever the roads are slippery or covered in snow. It has been like that for over 10 years. That is sure annoying. When I was in high school, I drive a street car that weighs 3250 lb... this one worse memory of all it was snowing pretty bad but I have to return to school which normally takes me three hours... so it should be ONE extra hour to get there with this car I have... Semis and other heavier vehicles passes me twice the speed I am going which is 35 mph even there is over 15 cars on the side of road... including the ones that passed me. This one exact moment, I have to exit to other highway but the problem is the semis made a lot of mess in front of me with all the snow and stuff off the truck making it real hard to see caused me to miss that exit. I had to take other route which should add TWO more hours since I cant find a way to turn around. I end up at friends house 8 hours later after the departing time. Returned to school in the morning.

I see that alot even with SUVs and other vehicles thinking it can do the driver a favor... think twice. I have driven them, and other vehicles.. it is all up to the driver and their skills but there is not much difference among the drivers... once you make one wrong move it is all over. I was like "Hey you dumbf**ks, watch what you doing!, you are putting everybody and yourself in risk, you f***!" Even I drive at what I can do.. passing people with caution and everything... you know lot of people can be stupid.

For New Jersey. that is ridiculous because of Semis. I do understand the dangers, I have witnessed and stayed away from those because you never know..I have seen debris flying off the top. But how can Semis take care of that if it is the law plus how can the tourist or road travelers know this.

People not knowing how to brake! Want to make that ski jump off the interstate? SURE, just accelerate as usual, slam the brakes, and...

simple - get a shovel and get on top of trailer. Takes only few minutes of his time unless he wants to risking paying thousand dollars of fine and getting DMV points.

tourist and road travelers know this because there are dozens dozens of traffic signs flashing warning sign saying it's the law to clear the ice/snow off your vehicle. You don't want to risk this because our highways are littered with cops hiding.

If the slow pokes would just

get the hell out of the way!! That would help things. I get irritated at the people who want to go too fast but I enjoy seeing them fade away into the distance so I help them. I am now a slower driver due to too many tickets. They learned me good.
