I recently got virgin mobile & like it. I'd like to know is there any service I can use text relay to make call? What about Google talk?

I have a app called sprint ip relay app on my phone. You'll sign up to get a free number to make a call, Google Talk is for text and make a call not text to make a text. Just normal like text app. I think there is no limited for make a call.
